Whole Mediterranean sea bass, butterflied over oak, dressed with burnt-lime salsa verde and toasted pepitas.
Line-caught fish cured in Persian-lime tigre de leche, avocado, serrano, on blue-corn tostadas.
Fire-kissed corn, chile-lime crema, aged cotija, and cilantro.
Grilled gulf shrimp, charred pineapple, chipotle aioli on hand-pressed masa.
Three-milk cake soaked with smoky mezcal caramel and torched meringue.
Casa Marisol began with chef-owner Marisol Reyes and a single mission: cook the seafood she grew up with on the beaches of Mazatlán, for the city she now calls home. Every morning starts at the docks; every evening ends around the oak fire that anchors our open kitchen.
We press our masa by hand, smoke our own chiles, and pour agave spirits sourced from small Oaxacan palenques. It's the food of the Mexican coast — generous, unhurried, and meant to be shared by candlelight on Spring Street.
