Privacy Policy
We keep this simple, because our business is simple: you tell us about your shop, we build you a website. Here is exactly what we collect and what we do with it.
1. Who we are
Atelier Zero is a web-design studio operated by Aximora Labs Inc. ("we", "us"), based in Los Angeles, California, United States. For any privacy question, email contact@atelierzero.us.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us through our contact form or by email: your name, phone number, email address, business name, current website (if any), and anything you write to us.
- Payment information when you become a client. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data your browser sends automatically (such as IP address, device and browser type) and limited analytics about how the site is used.
3. How we use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free website preview.
- To deliver, host and support the services you purchase.
- To process payments and keep required business records.
- To improve our site and protect it from abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose — for example: Stripe (payments), our form/email provider, and our website host. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to run the site and understand basic, aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and, for clients, as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither). To exercise any right, email contact@atelierzero.us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top and post the new version here.
Terms of Service
These terms cover how we work together when you commission a website or related service from Atelier Zero.
1. Agreement
By using this site or commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
2. What we provide
Atelier Zero designs and builds websites and offers optional add-ons (social-media management and an AI phone receptionist). The exact scope is whatever we agree with you in writing for your project.
3. The free preview
We may build a sample homepage ("preview") for you at no cost and with no obligation to buy. Until you pay in full, the preview and its design remain our property. We may decline or stop a preview at our discretion.
4. Pricing & payment
- Starter — $999 one-time for a complete website.
- Growth — $1,499 setup + $299/month.
- Pro — $2,999 setup + $499/month.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payments are handled by Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and it stops at the end of the current billing period.
5. Ownership
Once your one-time fee (or first invoice) is paid in full, the delivered website and its custom content are yours to keep, including the domain we set up for you. Before full payment, all work remains ours. Third-party components and our own underlying tools, templates and know-how stay with their respective owners and are licensed to you only as part of the delivered site.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information and only materials (logos, text, photos) that you have the right to use. You're responsible for the lawful operation of your business and the content you ask us to publish.
7. Timelines
We move fast and aim to show a preview within 48 hours and to launch within days of approval, but timeframes are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and can depend on how quickly you send us what we need.
8. Cancellation & refunds
The preview is free, so there's nothing to refund if you decide not to proceed. For monthly plans, cancel anytime; we don't refund the current period once it has started. For one-time builds, talk to us — we want you happy with the result before it goes live.
9. Disclaimers
We deliver professional work, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes such as search rankings, traffic or sales. Beyond what we expressly agree, the services are provided "as is."
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
